Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email rebeccagranthamdesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that:
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Custom or personalised items (unless faulty)
